ROUTINE DETAILS

& DEPOSIT INFORMATION LETTER:

 

"Hi Anne,

Thank you for your interest in booking a princess party with Princess Parties VA!

There is a lot of information in this email for when you are ready to pay your deposit and confirm your party reservation... Your reservation cannot be confirmed until I receive your deposit.  Please read this email carefully, as it will hopefully answer some of your questions and it will serve as our reservation and deposit contract.  By paying your deposit, you are agreeing to the terms in this letter  Congratulation for choosing "The Royal Treatment Package"!  It will make this a very easy and enjoyable event for you to host!  Invitations are included.  I will collect the information you would like included in them and a deadline date.  Your invitations will be mailed to your home by that date, ready to be delivered to your guests.  This package includes the 1.5-2 hour appearance and show described below.  It can be modified in any way you wish.  And, finally, favor paintings are included!  Each of your guests will get a painting painted by a real princess, which are a thrill to had out and for your guests to receive as they depart your castle!  One design can be chosen for the boys and one for the girls.  This does avoid any disputes among children as to who got which design.  You will love having no favor bag buying stress and work.

It is important for the success of your party, that you read the following routine ahead of time, carefully.  Please take note of the things I will need and inform me of any changes you would like to make.

 

Below is some more information on the parties and deposit information when you are ready:

Here is a run-down of the typical party for your perusal: 

 

1)         Princess Arrival/Surprise Singing Entrance: 

I will hide up the street and call you about 15-20 minutes after the party starts to make sure all of your attendees are there.  (I've found this is a good amount of time for the tardy arrivals).  Then, I come in singing and hopefully surprise everyone (the less you tell kids and parents alike, the more fun it all is!)  I will do a concert, singing any my "friends", the other princess' songs per the birthday girl's request and those of her friends.  Hopefully, I will get them dancing and/or singing along.  This lasts anywhere between 10-30 minutes, depending on the crowd response.  

 

2)         Princess/Knight Anointment Certificate Ceremony: 

Next, I will perform a princess ceremony where I give each girl an 'official' princess certificate.  I use magic fairy dust and a magic wand, and I have the birthday girl wave the wand for all of her friends, if she agrees.  For the boys, I use my magic sword to turn them into knights.  

 

3)       Face Painting/Nail Painting/Cake: 

Next, I typically start the face painting with her.  I have sheets of choices for the girls and boys to look at and select for their faces.  There are plenty of pictures that the boys will like, too.  The face painting takes about 30-40 minutes, depending on how many children there are.  So, while I am face and nail painting, I suggest that you go ahead and do any of the following activities you may have planned:  open presents, play a movie, play a game, do a pinata, or a craft, etc.  This will keep the kids occupied while they are waiting.  I then do nail painting, if you wish.

 

4)         Princess Photos & Hugs: 

I make sure all photographs wanted are taken and hug the children goodbye. 

Notes: 

The Royal Treatment package is $375, for up to 8 attendees.  Each additional child will be $15.  Duration:  1 hour and 15 minutes-2 hours.  All throughout the party, I make the birthday girl the center of attention, naturally.   I am happy to be flexible with the flow of the party per your request. 

I will ask for a small table (at least 3'x3'), a chair and some water for my paints.

Princess Parties VA reserves the right to present an actor/impersonator of excellence at your party that may not be Rebecca Russell, if the schedule of parties deems it to be necessary.  By responding to this email, you are acknowledging that you have read it and agree with all of the terms included.

Charges & Deposit Information: 

Your particular party package will cost $375.00, for up to 8 children.  Additional fees are required for more than 8 attendees.  Please send ($250.00) to reserve your date and time when you get a chance.  Your party spot will not be confirmed until the Castle receives your deposit.  If you really want the spot we discussed, but your deposit will not be received until after 48 hours, please call or email the Castle and let us know when we will receive your deposit and confirm your reservation.

 

You can pay your deposit via PayPal: 

You can pay your deposit through my website via PayPal.  Simply go to the "Royal Deposits" page and scroll down to your party total amount.  Underneath that will be the button you click to pay your deposit amount of $250, plus a $3 service charge, $253 total. 

Pay Deposit By Mail:           

You can send a check or money order made payable to Rebecca Russell via mail.  The "Castle" address is:  Princess Parties VA, or Rebecca Russell, PO Box 562, Locust Grove, VA  22508. I will email you once I've received your deposit and/or please double check with me if you don't hear back.  Once I receive your deposit payment, the party time and date will be definitely confirmed.  The remaining balance of $125.00, can be collected at the end of the party.  Cash or check made out to Rebecca Russell for the balance payment is fine, too. 

By paying your deposit, you are confirming you have read this email in its entirety and agree to all of its terms.  In the extremely unlikely event of illness or emergency, Princess Parties Virginia reserves the right to offer to reschedule your party date and time.  If no other date can be agreed upon, your deposit is fully refundable.
